She truly knows this business from the ground up, having started her journey right here back in high school as a shampoo technician and receptionist. 

Through years of dedication, growth, and a genuine love for the beauty industry, she naturally evolved into the leadership position that she holds today.

These days, Tracey directs all the behind-the-scenes magic. She handles the entire operational hustle, ensuring the salon runs like a well-oiled machine so our creative team can focus entirely on making clients feel beautiful. While she previously spent years helping bridal parties’ glow as a talented makeup artist, her energy is now fully dedicated to elevating the guest experience and mentoring our staff. She’s the ultimate multi-tasker who ensures every client feels right at home from the moment they walk through the door.

When she finally steps away from the salon hustle, she hits the reset button with her favorite people. You can usually find her soaking up quality time and unwinding with her husband and their kids.
